Star, a whirlwind of energy in a hot pink sequined top, practically skipped down the sidewalk as she dragged Melvin through the mall doors. The fluorescent lights buzzed overhead, highlighting the excited gleam in Star's eyes.
"Come on, slowpoke! We're wasting precious shopping time!" Star said excitedly.
"Don't you think we should make a plan first? We don't want to empty Melvin's account in one go," Melvin said, beginning to realize that both sisters were so much alike and would empty his account if he wasn't careful.
Star scoffed. "Plans are boring! Besides, Melvin trusts us. You said he said to get whatever makes us happy, didn't you?" A mischievous glint lit up her eyes. "I plan to get EVERYTHING that makes me happy," she said, enjoying the worried look in Melvin's eyes at that.
"But that doesn't mean we should be inconsiderate…"
