The next morning:
"Your Highness, the King wants everyone to be at the breakfast table, including Princess Alora," Tobias informed him. The physician had done the dressing and told the prince his wound would be healed in one or two days.
Magnus dismissed him and then put on his shirt. "Why did suddenly Father want me and Alora on the same dining table as the others?" he queried as he buttoned his shirt. Tucking it inside his trousers, he headed to the dressing chamber while Tobias closely followed him.
"His Majesty must have thought that it's the time to embrace his daughter-in-law in the family," Tobias opined. Other than this, he didn't have any satisfactory response for the prince.
"You are wrong, Tobias. At the dining table, my mother and father will have better opportunities to make feel Alora low. Already she is stressed. I think you should tell my father that we won't join them for breakfast," Magnus clarified to him.
