"But I'm your sister, Alora. I need your help. What if the vampire princes refuse to help me? Will you neglect me then?" Venus quizzically glanced at her.
"Absolutely not," Alora promptly answered. She couldn't use the powers of her eyes on a werewolf given the fact that Eugene belonged to a renowned family.
"He betrayed me, Alora. Can't you give me justice? Your eyes are special to give lessons to such people. You want to see me live as a second woman to Eugene, a neglected wife!?" She questioned Alora.
"We will find a solution, Venus, which will be much more peaceful," she pronounced.
"Alora, what about the pain he gave me? He deserves to die," Venus said as she clutched the fabric of her gown.
"Venus, stop manipulating the thoughts of my wife," Magnus's voice echoed in the room as he entered in and glanced at Alora. "Why didn't you ask Venus to leave? Don't you love me?" he queried.
