Before leaving Jing Haohao Flower Shop, Liang Chen pulled Jing Haohao into a deep kiss.
Exiting the flower shop and ready to get in the car, his pocket suddenly buzzed – it was his phone.
Liang Chen, grasping his car key, hesitated for a moment before extracting his phone. Upon reading the caller ID, his eyes sparkled with decipherable expression. He then opened the car door, slipped into the seat, started the car casually while leisurely answering the call.
As soon as he answered, he heard the emotionless voice of Liang Yuan, "Where are you?"
"I'm in the car." Liang Chen replied, providing a clear but unhelpful answer.
Liang Yuan was silent for a few seconds before starting again, "About what happened last night, some of father's friends saw. Somebody mentioned to father about your girlfriend. He sent me to ask who she is. While I haven't told him yet, but it won't be long before he finds out."
