Liang Chen reached the end of the road, where he once walked carrying Jing Haohao across that overhead bridge.
By now, a strong wind had started to blow, and large flakes of snow were spinning down onto the ground.

As Jing Haohao recalled the things Liang Chen had once said to her, she looked blankly at the falling snow, not knowing what to do. When she saw the overhead bridge at the end of the road, she naturally made her way onto it.
As she climbed the steps and moved onto the bridge, she saw the neon lights of the ring shops all around her already brightly lit.
Jing Haohao walked forward slowly, then remembered this bridge she had walked across with Liang Chen on midnight of Christmas Day, and how she had suddenly told Liang Chen, "I underwent a surgical procedure at the hospital a while ago."
