"Mr. Chen…" Nanny Lin called out, lifting her head to look at the sun that hadn't yet set, surprised, "Why are you back so early today?"
Liang Chen handed over his car keys to Nanny Lin, sidestepped her question, and asked, "Where's Haohao?"
"Miss Jing is in the back bushes, playing by herself quite happily. She doesn't seem troubled at all."
Liang Chen ignored Nanny Lin and headed straight for the back of the villa.
Jing Haohao was holding a stone, lost in her own thoughts. Suddenly, hearing footsteps, she lifted her head to see Liang Chen walking briskly towards her. She quickly slipped the stone from her hand into her coat pocket with a panic-stricken look, collected her thoughts, and waited calmly as he approached.
"What are you doing here alone?" Liang Chen looked around. The vast lawn was empty. He couldn't help asking softly.
"There was a bunny here just now." Jing Haohao finished, and looked at Liang Chen curiously, "Are you here to pick up some files?"
