Jing Haohao cast a puzzled look at the chubby man, thinking that he seemed familiar, but she couldn't remember who he was.
The waiter leading Liang Chen and her glanced at them as they made their way to their booth. Liang Chen noticed Jing Haohao slowing down, and couldn't help but look back at her, asking, "What's wrong?"
Jing Haohao redirected her gaze, shaking her head at Liang Chen, saying, "Nothing."
Fearing that Jing Haohao might be lost in thought, Liang Chen reached out, took her hand, and followed the waiter into the booth.
Jing Haohao had heard about this Nanjing cuisine restaurant but had never been there before. Liang Chen seemed to come here often, he didn't even glance at the menu, and ordered all of their signature dishes.
The dishes ordered were swiftly served. Liang Chen picked up his chopsticks first, serving her some signature pickled pepper chicken. Jing Haohao tasted a bit, the flavor was indeed good, and she ate quite a bit more.
