Liang Chen didn't disturb Jing Haohao, he just stood by the bed and watched her figure. He noticed her tiny head follow the slow rotation of the sun, until it was about to set, bathing the entire room in the fiery glow of the sunset. Only then did she move slightly. As he thought she was going to stand up, she simply changed positions and continued to stare at the sun. When the sun finally set, casting the entire sky in shadow, she still didn't react.
Only when the servant came upstairs, respectfully announcing: "Mr. Chen, Miss Jing, dinner is ready."
Did Jing Haohao turn around. When she saw Liang Chen, she froze for a moment, before silently dragging her feet and entering the bathroom. After washing her hands, she went downstairs.
The dinner that was prepared every day was bountiful, but Jing Haohao ate very little. After eating, Jing Haohao would climb upstairs and then get on the bed.
