Chapter 102 - fighting

Sensing my urgency, she hesitated for only a moment before instinct took over, and she snatched up the meat in her jaws. With a quick glance back at me, the red fox dashed into the thick bushes of the forest, disappearing from sight.

I watched, my eyes fixed on the path she had taken, feeling a sense of relief wash over me as I understood that my message had been received. Now that my companion was safe, I could concentrate on the imminent threat and prepare to confront the wolves with complete attention.

 

The pack of four predators stood before me: three wolves and a larger, more menacing creature that was possibly a werewolf. My eyes narrowed as I studied the pack more closely, observing their movements and actions with a keen eye.

The full moon hung low in the sky, casting an eerie glow over the forest. The pack of hungry wolves had cornered the red fox, baring their sharp teeth and growling menacingly.
