"Can we talk?" Eliana joined Helios on the balcony. He closed the book in his hand and gave her a nod and pointed at the other seat in front of him for her, and she sat down. "Were you expecting me?"
"Yes," Helios replied. "I could tell there was something you wanted to ask me or perhaps tell me?" He poured some tea for her and pushed the plate of cookies that had been untouched in front of him the whole time to her. "Help yourself."
"Thanks," Eliana accepted the tea. "I want to ask you something. It slipped my mind long ago, and I just remembered it now. The man who saved me in the park said you sent him, but I sensed something was off about him. Lillian also called him a phantom."
