Aegon arrived back at the hideout when it was already late.
The watchmen guarding the wooden fence of this hideout recognized him from afar, and was why he was not attacked before he could get close.
Once Aegon was back inside the hideout, he found out about his captain.
"Ramon already left with Lord Cheetah, Randy, and 3 others".
"They left to see the captain".
Having learned of everything that transpired between the 2 boys from the old men who guarded the training yard, Gran Gran knew about everything that happened between Ramon and Aegon.
He told the warriors at the fence to inform him when Aegon arrived.
Gran Gran was the one who told Aegon the truth, he wanted to see his reaction but what he saw was contrary to his expectations.
Aegon clenched his fists as soon as he heard that his captain was gone. "I guess I was too late, huh?" He chuckled.
"Leaving before I can even come back, that's just like him, so decisive".
