Chapter 49 - Circe.

Anzhel and Hector came down from their ship, they pulled the ship and docked it right there on the beach.

"Damn, this island is really beautiful." Anzhel appericiated the beauty of Circe.

He could see luscious trees, towering mountains, and beautiful scenery all around, it was completely green and looked like paradise for people who lived in the wild.

He could see the trees and he could see countless fruits that were hanging on them.

"Welcome to the island of Circe," Hector said, his guard fully on display, he didn't look excited or fascinated by any of this.

Anzhel didn't notice this as he was too entranced by what he was seeing.

"Agh..." His feet felt free right now, when he felt the ocean hitting his ankles he almost jumped but he then noticed it was nicely warm and chill at the same time. you would just want to sunbathe in this place listening to birds chirping.

"Come now, we are going to go in, take this." Hector gave Anzhel a sword and a wooden leather armor, it had shoulderplates and chest pieces made out of something that looked like metal, everything else looked leathery but he could see they were really good when it came to protecting.

The sword was a few meters long and looked like a traditional iron sword, sharpened to the highest extent.

"Why didn't Sirens take the things out from the ship?" Anzhel asked as he changed.

"I don't know, i guess they didn't want to step on the ship? my theory is that Leucosia has some problems up there." Hector pointed up in the sky.

Anzhel recognized what he was saying and was completely shocked.

"I..." He wanted to say something but then he shook his head.

"Say what you want Anzhel, if it comes to fighting it will be kept in your mind not letting you unleash your true potential." Hector changed as well and asked.

"I don't understand how someone can go to Olympus that easily... You said this ship was made by a Goddess, and you use some Godly Sorcery as well, Jason also thought that Sorcery so you must have been thought by Gods themselves, and then the Siren Queen went to Olympus... It's just... i grew up on the legends of how powerful and mystical Olympus was... it's just hard to take so many people have been up there." Anzhel responded with his real feelings.

Hector looked out surprised and smiled "HAHAHAHAHAH, no, I have not been in Olympus myself, as for godly power, well its complicated, i will explain when we leave this dangerous land, As for Leucosia, she can't go up there by herself, i believe she is a follower of Muse's, which in retrospect, is a companion of Persephone... Goddess Of Underworld, i guess that is how she managed to reach Olympus..." Hector responded.

"Oh..." Anzhel finally understood.

"You can not just reach Olympus because you want to, there are very few ways to even sneak in, a weakling like that would not dare to attempt it," Hector said this and got fully dressed.

"Now come, we need to finish this till sunset." He said this.

Anzhel pulled the armor fast and followed Hector into the Forest.

--

They entered the forest.

Anzhel looked around, he saw countless oak woods growing to the sky, the leaves were fully green and they were falling on the ground, the magical scene was created where light was not coming down fully from the leaves up in the sky and with little spots of light, this place was incredible, it was beautifully lit.

Anzhel noticed some red berries.

He tried to touch them.

*PACK*

"No, what did i tell you, don't eat them." Hector smacked his hand away.

"Oh... sorry." Anzhel apologized.

"No worries, you did discover something." Hector squatted down.

Bellow the bushes of berries, there were little plants, flowers to be exact. it was a hooded-looking flower, it was fully blue and beautiful to look at, there were at least 3 of these flowers here.

"Aconite... very useful flower, it's not poisonous but it has some good effects in witchcraft, looks like these berries appeared just above Aconite, who knows what effect they would have." Hector plunked the Aconite flowers very quickly.

Anzhel remembered this information and nodded.

Hector stood up and got close to a tree.

He took out an Axe.

"Let me help Hector," Anzhel asked.

"I will do it quickly, take this." He took out another Axe.

"Go chop some little trees down, but close to me, start with that." Hector pointed his hand towards one tree, it was a little sapling.

"Yes." Anzhel nodded and started to chop that sapling, he was very embarrassed, he was a man trained in a fight and a sea, did Hector look down on him?

What he didn't know was that Hector was fully on his guard.

"Lucky..." He sighed when he noticed the tree he was chopping was normal and the sapling Anzhel was chopping was also normal.

He smiled and swung his Axe.

*BSHHHHGGGGG*

A tree fell easily.

"Agh..." Anzhel saw this with an open mouth, which was fully in one chop, he understood why Hector didn't need him to chop off big trees now.

"Next one." Anzhel was happy now, he went towards another sapling and decided to chop it.

Hector looked around not noticing Anzhel's disobedience of his words, he was looking around his eyes fully golden, and he threw his axe up and down catching it.

"There." He noticed one tree and went towards it.

*BSHHHGGG*

He chopped at it and it was normal.

Hector sighed in relief, he instantly chopped it.

This happened in a few seconds.

He also looked around to see some good resources just like the flower of Aconite, this place was filled with these treasures, it was a pity he could not go deeper right now.

"Here." Hector pointed his axe at one tree and swung it.

*BSHHHGGG*

It shook and was completely normal.

"Lucky," Hector muttered.

But before he relaxed he heard a voice.

"OUUUUUUUUUUUCHHHHH!!!" This was a creaky voice like a young man in his 25s.

"AAAGHHHH!!!" He looked back and saw Anzhel jump out from one sapling.

"What is wrong with you man... don't you know waking up someone who is sleeping is rude?" Something spoke.

"WHAT HAPPENED." Hector came rushing towards Anzhel and helped him stand up.

"T... T...T...T... Trees... tree... just talked." Anzhel pointed his finger towards a sapling.
