It was about to get midnight, Siren Island was lighten up with beautiful lamps that were everywhere on the roads, it had an atmosphere of warm and cozy everywhere you went, Jason walked to the main road that went in the City.
Even now he could see people going in and out of the City constantly, but it wasn't as much as before in the day.
Why wasn't Jason afraid of being recognized as a Human?
"This is stupid." Jason smiled and walked into the city, in his mind, he was sweating like crazy.
Jason had seaweed, actual green seaweed on his face, when Ivan introduced the plan Jason almost yelled at him for being stupid, who would not recognize it was just a seaweed they had seen countless times before?
But Ivan somehow convinced him it was a good idea so he went with it.
Since their outfits weren't up to the standard of clean clothes this Siren had, they had to kidnap one and take its clothes.
Alex right now had seaweed on his chest like it was chest hair, Alex was so itchy he was ready to rip apart this thing immediately.
But Jason waited and trusted Ivan and his good mind.
And he was right, Jason went into the city without disturbance, and his Seaweed chest hair was sticking out making itself seem seen.
This was more than enough to convince anyone who tried to discern his identity.
"(I can't believe this worked)" Jason smiled but he was completely shocked, He never expected this to work, Even more, he expected to be attacked the moment he stepped foot into this city, Sirens had some kind of power he didn't know, it would not be surprising if they put some sorcery here to detect imposters.
But looks like they didn't and he entered the city easily.

"IT WORKED?" Boris almost yelled this out.
Ivan smiled like he did something amazing, he was also worried about the result of this little experiment.
"How did you..." Boris asked Ivan, he was pretty sure Sirens weren't stupid, how were they tricked like this?
"Sirens are not human beings, they are monsters. they come from Muses, which are the companions of Persephone, Goddess of the Underworld, theoretically, they should not have much intelligence at all, but i guess being blessed by Goddess does bring you some kind of mind, i just exploited their Instincts, if Jason smelled like an ocean they would associate him with of course... Ocean... that would trick their senses and make sure Jason would go in the City safe." Ivan explained this thoroughly.
Boris was stupified, he thought himself to be quite smart, but he would never think of a plan like this.
"Hey, you read these books in the Village right?" He looked at the city and asked.
"Yes, why?" Ivan replied.
"When we get back, show me where they are," Boris said.
Ivan smiled and nodded, he was happy to help his friends in getting smarter.

"Do you know? i have heard of Noises coming from the Neris palace, it was so loud i almost got deaf." Sirens in the city were talking about different topics.
Jason was inside of a building, it was a building resembling modern-day Caffe, he sat next to an open wall that was supposed to be a window.
"Yes? I have also heard Princess Phanterope returned extremely mad, it looked like she was about to lash out in anger." Siren asked the other one as they talked with each other.
"I wonder what Queen Leucosia said that made them this angry." They talked with each other.
"Didn't Queen decide to take a stroll in Hades coming back extremely mad?" They talked about more important things.
"I believe she was rejected by Pherosphone..." This was said in a whispering manner.
"She will empty all the sources of Ambrosia in the City... I wonder when is she finally going to leave." Sirens sighed with some emotion.
"I hope she does after she reaches Demigod level, if not we might need to relocate into Queen Ligeia's realm far away." They also talked about stuff that wasn't known about by the public much.
Jason sat at a table in front of them listening to this stuff, he didn't know what was going on and what were they talking about.
"(Demigods? Like Heracles?" Jason said this with confusion on his face, He knew the legends about Man Gods that were spread around the world but he never knew someone could go against them at all.
He wanted to listen but suddenly he felt like he was being watched... Years on the sea gave him the ability to foresee some dangers and now he felt like he was about to get stuck by some kind of misfortune.
Jason stood up and left the shop without saying anything.
He walked onwards to the Enormous building that was close.
Before this, he stopped a Siren on the land and asked her.
"Greetings Sister, can you please tell me where can get a good weapon?" Jason asked with the most feminine voice he could muster.
"Weapons? why do you need a weapon Sister?" Siren asked.
"(OH DMAN!!! I FORGOT SIRENS USED THEIR VOICES AS WEAPONS!!!) i am planning to go up to the Human settlements to buy something Sister, and you know, we aren't blessed by Gods of Earth to have power in the Land" Jason panicked, he was not worried about them thinking he was not female, he had so much Seaweed in his clothes he knew it would be mistaken as a Chest, and because most of the Sirens were Monsters, they had a weird growing cycle, they would only turn beautiful later at their life, before that they would be extremely ugly.
Jason wasn't ugly but he knew here Many features could be associated with being Young, he could see a few Sirens looking like men here.
"Ohhhh... Of course, walk past this street and go to the Big Building you see, you will find Human blacksmiths there." Siren said this.
"Thank you very much Sister," Jason said this and walked away.
He was also very confused.
"Humans? They have humans here?" Jason asked himself.
