Chloe and Damian looked at each other and nodded.
They understood each other without the need for words. They acknowledged the threat the owner of that roar posed. They couldn't fight it.
"That beast, we can't fight it," Chloe spoke first.
Damian nodded in agreement.
"If it comes at us, we'll have to fight it." Julian clenched his fists.
"If we join forces, we can probably injure it or at least escape safely," Enzio added.
Though they were also in the 2-star warrior realm, Julian and Enzio didn't have instincts and senses like Damian or Chloe. So, they couldn't sense the true extent of the beast's power by its roar.
