They all returned to their room and didn't waste time jumping straight to meditation. Neo wanted to go out, but this time, Alden stopped him and forced him to sit back and meditate to preserve his top condition for tomorrow's fight.
Thus, for the whole day, they only meditated and when night fell, went to sleep.

Neo, Owen, and Alden woke up and quickly washed up.
