Alden reached the square of the city. The two customers he arranged a meeting with waited for him on the square.
The three greeted each other and walked down the street towards a restaurant.
Before completing the transaction, they had a meal together. They talked about possible future deals, and when Alden finished speaking, the two beast tamers started. They started telling him about their experiences outside the city walls and their life when they were in the academy.
Alden only listened and didn't eat much as he was full. But he was glad that the other two talked. It would be worse if they ate in silence. It would be awkward.
In about two hours, they finished their talk and proceeded with the transaction. The two beast tamers transferred 160.000 to Alden, and they parted ways.
Alden headed back to his dormitory.
When he arrived, he headed straight to his room.
