Alden knocked on the door of Elttil's office, his heart beating rapidly. Doubt invaded his mind.
Creeak!
But it was too late to turn back now. The door slowly opened, revealing Elttil.
Elttil's eyes widened in shock as his eyes landed on Alden. His face grew dark.
"Yo, Elttil," Alden smirked, seeing Elttil's expression. He looked behind Elttil. Matthew was still in the room.
"Ohh, Matthew is here too," Alden spoke, his smile widening as he saw Matthew's shocked expression mixed in with a hint of fear and disbelief.
"Alden..." Elttil frowned.
Alden ignored Elttil and waved his hand at Matthew. "Matthew comes, let me give you the beast crystal so I can officially complete the mission."
Matthew quickly regained his composure and walked towards Alden with a frown.
