A bell hung on the village entrance rung as it was blown by the wind. The night in the forest was dark. Only the two luminescent lights hung on the wooden entrance of the village gave light.
The words 'Darkwood Village' were engraved on the wooden entrance.
A 1.5 meter (4.9 feet) high wooden fence surrounded the village.
The wooden fence looked old and worn out. But despite it being old and the village being amid the forest, its residents were still safe as a barrier was set to protect the village. And the village head was a respectable beast tamer capable of protecting the village and its residents.
The houses in the village were made of wood with stone bases.
The only full-stone house in the village was located in the center of the village. All the roads of the village led to this house. It was the house of the village head.
