'Ohh? This is...' Linda felt a presence approaching her. 'Ahh, my dear student. Perfect. I can teach you one last lesson.'
Running the fastest he could, Alden quickly arrived at the square.
Pain filled his heart as he saw the trail of destruction left by Linda's body.
His spiritual eyes were active, so he immediately saw Linda.
He dashed at her. In just seconds, he reached her.
"Teacher," He fell on the ground beside her. He tried touching her body, but upon seeing her wounds, he did not dare. His palms froze just above her chest. He feared if he did something, her wound might worsen.
"Al..den," Linda spoke softly.
"Teacher, why! Why!" Alden broke down in tears.
"Don't cry," Linda raised her hand. "I am just a passerby in your life."
Alden was about to take her palm, but suddenly, a dagger appeared in Linda's hand.
"Alden, kill me," Linda spoke softly, but her words echoed through Alden's mind like thunder.
