A silence spread throughout the entire atmosphere, the quietness enhancing other sounds like the water rushing down, mingling with the chirping of unknown insects.
"Are you sure? Is there really an inhuman present in the forest?" Rin asked.
Alex regained his composure, standing up from the ground and wiping his butt.
"I don't know if he is still here, but the hybrids are his creation. The last thing I witnessed was him walking out of the forest after giving an object to one of the hybrids." Before Alex could explain more,
Steve chimed in."Guys, what is inhuman?"
"Inhuman is a form of evolved creature."Rin took the lead and explained,
"Remember I told you when evolved creatures enter 4th stage they started to gain a spark of intelligence as well as a manipulation ability?"
"When sufficient amount of intelligence is accumulate, its previous animal form transforms into a human-like structure."
