"Ariela, Uncle Max is picking you up. Come on, get ready," said the man who had suddenly appeared that morning after Rafael had yelled at him for continuing to ask about Kenneth.
"Uncle Max," Ariela replied with teary eyes.
"Hey, what happened to you, Princess? Why are you sad? Did something happen to you? Where are your mom and dad? Why aren't they at breakfast with you?" Asked Max pretending to be unaware of the events that happened at his older brother's mansion last night.

"Ariela, quickly grab your bag from the room and get ready. Don't let Uncle Max wait too long for you," said Rafael suddenly interrupting her.
"Rafael's right, Ariela. Let's hurry up. Uncle still has a lot of work after this," Max said as if agreeing with Rafael's words and made the young man smile because he felt Max was on his side.
