Aridus and Maroon looked at the last meeting on the wall with a mocking smile. One the enemies couldn't see, but they still did it.
"They know their fate. Do you think we should make them the offer?" Maroon asked Aridus.
Aridus shook his head, "Do you think they will accept it? Will they believe a group of human lead the swarm of Hybrids?"
Maroon could see where his friend is going. But, a part of him wish to prevent needless slaughter. Unfortunately, the Master only accept the surrender after the Nation is broken, their people praying to be allowed to live. Only then would the Master allow the Nation to surrender before picking up the pieces.
Aridus continued gazing at Zell City, "In the end, they did not notice our spies." The man pulled out a word the size of his thumb. Despite looking like a regular worm, it has two small crystal as eyes, allowing it to see and transmit the vision to a connected Magic tool.
