Jaden was surprised when he heard those words. Even with his
sharp senses, he could not detect the sound of someone approaching them.
He could of course detect the sound of the movements from
within the parking, but that was not from the mutants, but instead, it was from
the guards and other owners of some of the cars within the parking.
If what Nameless had said was the truth, then that implied
that he had an ability that was related to detection. Either blocking or doing
the tracking himself, it was quite an ability.
Regardless, he followed behind Nameless, and the two of them
got into the space that had been opened up after the wall had moved.
Even though the wall had moved, and there was light within
the underground parking, Jaden could not see what was inside. It was as if
there was something that was blocking the light from penetrating the entrance
that had just been opened.
