"What is this...?" The Duke looked at the copper coin, frowning. "Did those two drop it?"

His face twisted with contempt. "What pathetic trash. Even after I pay them so much, they carry such coins like a pathetic beggar?"

He felt disgusted at even the thought of having such a coin near him.

He considered himself the god of wealth, who never dealt with anything beneath a gold coin.

Even a silver coin was pathetic for him, let alone a copper coin that was worth less than even sparing a single glance on it.

With a dismissive flick of his foot, the Duke sent the insignificant coin sliding across the floor, showing his utter disregard for anything so insignificant. He then proceeded to stride into the room, leaving behind the trifling token of poverty.

As the Duke entered the room, he closed the door once again, making sure that no one was going to disturb him again.
