Natalie and Alonso found comfort in each other's arms; they made sweet love until Natalie's lingering pain overshadowed her newfound pleasure. After showering and getting ready, they went up to the rooftop which only business suite folks could access. The restaurant there served meals all the time and had a killer view from the 30th floor with city lights all around.
"I'm sorry," were the first words from a guilt-ridden Alonso as she winced while settling into the chair he had pulled out for her.
Natalie waited for him to sit in front of her then flashed a wicked smile. "I'm not sorry at all. It was amazing."
He chuckled and rubbed his nose, clearly pleased to hear that she had enjoyed their hours of intimacy. "It will only get better with time," he promised.
