After flicking something from his pocket, which he promptly released from his grasp, Gin leaped onto the edge of the snowy terrain across the river.

Stepping into the devastating site that he had caused himself, Gin scanned the area which had succeeded in surviving that deadly attack.
Amidst the camp, obscured by the remnants of the colossal meteor now dissipating, Gin observed structures entombed beneath the snow. Human remains protruded from the debris, limbs extending as grim testaments to the tragedy that had unfolded.
'I should see who was alive until Ifu was done with the job I gave him. Since that monster said it would not take half an hour to run from this place to the one Dune has successfully cleared, this will be an important matter.'
Gin tends to believe that somebody had survived, convinced that amidst the wreckage, someone had endured.
