Thud—!
"Haaah…"
Letting out the longest sigh he could muster, Gin landed atop a huge house. As he did, his gaze surveyed the area and saw many soldiers in dark navy uniforms, which he identified as military men. They all surrounded the Academy like ants crawling over their home.
There were too many to count and it was too many to handle.
Flying non-stop from the train station to the Academy took at least a week of travel time. He only took brief pauses to drink water and never had the chance to eat, as the only thing running through his mind was to arrive at the institute as quickly as possible.
Tak—!
Removing the garments he had used while flying, Gin used the roofs as a path to navigate around the outside of the Academy, trying to find a way to get inside. He wasn't even near the institute yet, but the area below was already packed with people, both soldiers and civilians.
