Chapter 100 - Mourning

"...Ossa, what's wrong?" Bel inquired, still nestled in Ossa's arms as he sprinted.

"...Nothing, just want to take you on a run... because you did so well," he said, lying through his teeth.

He cared for Bel, and as overprotective as he was, he did not want to tell her what was happening.

"Really..." Bel looked at him with skepticism but decided to let it go. Despite Ossa trying to hide his emotions with a smile, Bel could tell that he was worried about something, scared even.

Ossa continued to sprint at full speed, Bel protected from the wind by the wind barrier Ossa unconsciously erected. As they ran, Ossa kept looking at the wound on Bel's forehead.

Bel, noticing Ossa's worry, took out a small green orb from her bracelet. "Don't worry, I have a healing pill," she said, swallowing the pill, causing Ossa to halt momentarily.

"Are you alright?" He inquired as the blood was still on Bel's forehead.
