A girl of around 18 years of age was sitting in the front seat of a car while a man in his mid-40s drove the car. As they moved along the open highway, drops of water started pattering down on the windshield of the car. In mere seconds the weather got worse, the storm clouds gathered and thundered, winds howled and the rain poured down. The driver of the car said to the girl, "We better reach home quickly in such foul weather". The girl replied, "Yes Papa, you are right, we should get home quickly".
Once again thunder roared and a mysterious figure fell from the sky and right on top of the car. The father pushed hard on the brake and the car abruptly came to a stop. The father told his daughter, "Get in the back seat, lock the doors, and stay inside". The father then got off and hurried off to check what had slammed on top of the car. A few steps ahead lay a relatively tall man of a relatively muscular build in his early 20s with a brownish skin tone and long dark hair like a flowing river. He had arching eyebrows with almond-shaped eyes. On his face, he fashioned a thick grown beard. He wore nothing but some denim jeans and the sacred thread worn by Brahmins known as a janau across his bare torso and an ekmukhi rudraksha around his neck.
The father carried the seemingly heavy man to his car. He knocked on the back window of the car. His daughter rolled down the window and asked, "What happened, Is everything alright?" The father replied, "Open the door while the boy is still breathing". She quickly opened the gate and the father laid down the man in the back seat and told his daughter, "Support his head". She placed his head in her lap and looked at his face with a confusing look for some time slowly her expression changed to that of recognition, she looked at her father and exclaimed, "OMG!! I know him, He is my friend, we met in middle school". The Father gave her a confused look and said, "Quit spewing dumb things, the boy looks like he's in his early 20s; he certainly couldn't have been your classmate in middle school". The daughter now dumbfounded said, "Yes, what you say is true but he still looks awfully similar to that person".
Hearing all the bickering the man slowly opened his eyes and muttered weakly, "You. I...know...you". The father and the daughter looked at the man in shock. After calming down a bit the daughter enquired him, "And how is it that you know me". The man now fully awake and aware of his surroundings replied, "If my memory serves me right we were in middle school together". Turning towards the father he asked, "Sir, Are you the one who picked me up from the road". The father replied, "Yes, but how—". The man cut him in the middle of his sentence, "Ah! You have my gratitude for that sir" he said with a grateful expression. He continued to ask, "Where are we exactly, do you care to tell?" The Father answered, "We're on the highway heading towards Ujjain" The man's voice grew deep and he said in a grave tone, "Ujjain...…" he continued, "Unki nagri". He then got up and moved towards the handle of the door but the father stopped him and asked, "How are you fine after falling from such a height? Who-no….…What are you? ". The man replied, "It's better if you don't know" he then proceeded to get out of the car.
As he walked in the thunderstorm, a black cloak materialized out of thin air over his body with a gold aura surrounding it for a moment. As he stood outside getting drenched by the rain, the Father and the daughter stared at him in disbelief. He looked towards them with a painful expression on his face and muttered something under his breath. He then gazed at the stormy sky and said, "Om Rudrãya namah". And with a flash of lightning and the sound of roaring thunder, He vanished into thin air.
