According to Sean's author notes, plausibility is a form of cosmic power born from consuming volumes of either physical or emotional energy. For something to exist, it must contain plausibility. Just like how every physical substance contains atoms, everything that exists contains plausibility. Now, harvesting such power and wielding it would enable someone to accomplish all sorts of things, but they are all physical and emotional based. Because one has plausibility doesn't mean they can do anything. One cannot control the future or change the past with plausibility, and such a broken power also has its limits, so the plot could still remain balanced despite how broken the concept is.
"Of course, I have a way to save him," Richard spoke in a nonchalant tone, hiding the fact he didn't like the idea of wasting plausibility points.
