Outside of Skye bank, a beautiful woman parked a car and she came into the building. Silas was cleaning at the moment and then she saw him and smiled at him.
Her hair was white, seemingly looking like silk. Her grey eyes gave her a special charm, her lashes were long and the Skirt hugged her waist tightly, revealing her curves.
"Good morning, Silas." She greeted him with a smile and he smiled back at her and returned the greeting.
Sierra walked passed him and looked at the woman with a frown and she raised a brow at the new worker.
One look and it was clear that everyone admired her as they all greeted her so warmly.
After that morning, the boss entered into the office looking extremely worried and the receptionist greeted him.
His face was already getting wrinkled which proved that he was already getting old.
He walked into the Janitors room and then he saw Silas eating with Sierra and he was confused who the new woman was.
"U–um, who is she?" The boss of the branch of sky bank seemed nervous in front of Silas.
"Oh, don't worry about her. She already knows who I am," He said to the man and then rhe man sighed in relief.
"I'm glad to know you're back. I came to visit but you weren't home." The man said and then Silas smiled bitterly.
"I was kidnapped, but I escaped." He said and the boss blinked in shock.
'Damn, those guys are really unfortunate. To kidnap such a trained assasin... They wouldn't even know who he was.' the boss chuckled with a thought.
"Well then, have a good day."
"You too sir," Silas said back to him and he left.
"Boss?" Sierra asked and Silas nodded.
At night, Silas left the bank along with Sierra to go the nearest gaming store. He bought a virtual reality helmet for Realm of immortals and Sierra wondered what was so special about this game.
"Even in prison you were playing it," She said to him as they walked back to the bank.
"Well, it happens in real time and it's fully 100% immersive. It's an escape from reality," Silas said as he looked down sadly and Sierra nudged his arm.
"What do you say we go out on dates somes?" She asked him excitedly and he only shook his head.
"We could get spotted or caught. Just coming out tonight is risky on its own." He said and then the blonde girl pouted and they made their way into the bank.
Silas laid down and finally he looked over at Sierra. He couldn't completely trust her as of this moment, so he had gotten a helmet for her too.
"Here, since we're not doing anything, just relax and play. I'll meet you after the first day," Silas said to her and she looked at the helmet with a weird gaze.
She then put it on and it beeped, showing that she was in the game too.
Silas then logged in and he opened his eyes to find himself in hell's sanctuary. He gazed at the large mirror by the side and he marveled as he checked out his black attire.
He walked out of the sanctuary and then he saw little people around. The ones who saw him scurried over with happy faces.
"Lord Silas, it has been one week already since you left," A man said to him and then he nodded.
"Where's Minova?" He asked and then the people there looked towards the demonic forest.
"She took the last batch of people to go hunt demons and grow stronger," One of them said to him and he stretched before he went back inside the castle.
'Juliet should currently be in Avalon monitoring the king and also those two people from sects. To walk freely and not to reveal my power, I have to disguise myself as a cultivator.' Silas thought and then he sat down and thought hard.
"That's right," Silas said and then he released his chi around his body actively and the people outside suddenly felt a slight pressure on their body.
'So this is what qi adaptation feels like. The process is quite simplez only releasing the chi around your body.' He thought and then he stood up and stretched.
He walked out of the castle with a sword on his waist and then he walked towards the distance.
He stretched his hand forward and then the ring on his hand released a glow and a huge gate appeared in front of him from a giant pillar of flames.
He stepped through it into the heavens again and the gate vanished immediately after.
He saw Avalon in the distance and he walked away from it. He went towards the empire, passing through the wilderness.
He suddenly sprinted forward with all his energy being circulated. The faint energy leaking from his body made him leave a whitish trail as he made his way towards the empire.
...
Silas then suddenly came across a group of three people who were fighting with a single creature and he smiled as he monitored them.
"Argh! This game is so damn hard." A bulky guy said as he gripped the broad sword in his hand and Silas observed the creature.
It was a large tiger with black scales all over its body. It's fangs were long and it's long tails waved around as it was about to pounce on its prey.
'This creature, it's emitting such a powerful pressure around it. Meanwhile these people don't seem to be able to beat it.' Silas said and then the people there felt scared as they backed away.
'Wait, this can be my chance. Since they're players.' Silas thought and then he pulled out the Abyssal reckoner.
The sword emitted a bright hue and then he moved forward. Meanwhile the creature sensed his presence and jumped to the side but then Silas dissapeared as he got close to it and appeared on the other side.
*BOOM!*
The cultivators there were all shocked to see Silas and just like that, the mighty beast fell down to the ground and the people were all stunned by his power.
It's head was cut off by a single move.
