The second floor of the Labyrinth was still very much the same as the first floor. There was a hall that was free of monsters; it almost felt as if there was an invisible barrier that stopped monsters from entering this hall.
In this grand hall, Nyx materialized. He looked around, just like the first floor, there were passages that branched out in all directions, looking like some sort of maze.
Immediately, as the red-haired boy appeared, more and more students started to appear as well. Although Nyx didn't know it, the door he had opened would shut close again in 15 minutes after each unlock, then the next person would be required to open it all over again.
Since most of the students already knew this, they had capitalized on that opportunity and snuck inside the room, using the teleportation circle. In the process, there were even a few scuffles between students as no one wanted to be left behind.
