The Transcendence Faction could be said to be the weakest faction in the Academy, and even their members were relatively small compared to the other factions. The reason for this was because of the leader, Roy Richardson. The boy was a complete weakling and didn't deserve his position as leader. The sole reason he was even there was because of Kizer, who was the previous leader and also a servant to the Richardsons.
"Are you sure we are heading towards the right path?" Roy asked as he scratched his bubbly cheeks. He stared down at the makeshift bag woven out of clothes and grinned because within it was a stash of monster cores.
Make no mistake, Roy didn't slay the Gorgons to hoard all these Monster cores. It was all because of Kizer, who was beside him. The tall boy with a monkey-like long face had none, and one could even see it in his eyes that he was hurting, but he couldn't do anything because Roy was his master.
