The clouds above were parting ways, yet the blood drops continued to drizzle from the sky. However, a new day was dawning, gradually lighting up the sky.
Tip. Tip. Tip.
As Haru felt tiny drops falling on his face, he slowly opened his eyes and tried to shield them from the falling rain. But as he was about to get up, his senses returned and he realized he was surrounded by a strong smell of iron in the air.
'Blood--!?' Shockingly, he found himself on the bloodied ground, soaked in blood everywhere, which startled his heart.
["Good morning~! Isn't it a lovely sight~?"]
"Mimi..." Haru mumbled, lifting himself from the blood-soaked ground as he heard her exceptionally cheerful voice.
["Oh, come on~! Are you still going to call me that?"]
Hearing her playful voice, Haru was about to retort back, but he stopped as he sensed another presence beside him, and when his eyes fell on her it made his heart pound loudly.
