"Meh. Might as well go all out now" David thought as he wiped the dust off of his clothes. He held his staff high, as countless shadow monsters emerged from the ground.
From the very earth beneath his feet, shadows began to stir, coalescing into ethereal forms that loomed ominously in the dim light of the forest. These were not mere illusions or conjurations but manifestations of raw darkness given shape and substance by David's will.
"Go get them" he commanded, his voice ringing out with authority as the shadowy creatures surged forward, their forms undulating like tendrils of smoke as they advanced upon their designated targets.
