Whoever Eliza is, he's immediately moved on from her within moments.
I suppose I can't blame him for it. There's far more important things to think about right now than one's significant other. Or whatever she is.
I'd be half tempted to expect him to reveal Eliza is a pet rabbit of his, except even he had to have the good sense to know that'd be an insult to the royal family.
