May lifts both of her arms up at me and hops.
"Hup." I say as I lift her up in my arms. I sit down a moment later, settling her down on my lap.
She swings her legs back and forth and flops against me in what can only be described as a happy little cuddle.
"Silly auntie."
She giggles and I squint down at her.
"Mmh? Why am I silly now?"
May glances away briefly, before flicking her eyes back to me with an innocent expression on her face.
"You are." She states decisively, as if she is completely certain that there is no doubt about it.
I purse my lips. "...I'm sorry?" I apologize, still feeling a bit lost.
Have I done something worthy of a six year old mocking me?
...Have I done this thing within a reasonable timeframe of the past...
Two or so minutes?
It's anyone's guess.
May is certainly giggling herself silly about whatever it is.
But...
