It's early morning when the familiar fields of Lucas' manor finally appear before us.
In the light of the sun, the grass in the surrounding farmland looks almost golden.
All of us are a little worn and tired from the journey.
We're finally home, though.
Celeste sighs heavily and stretches, flexing her limbs and popping her back with a pained wince. "Finally, h-home...!"
My lips quirk hearing that, and I toss a significant glance toward Lucas.
Should we take that to mean she's moving out of that isolated tower near Celend to live with us?
I...hadn't expected that, honestly.
Maybe I shouldn't be surprised, given how much progress Celeste has made during her travels with us. But...
