Leslie didn't think much about Calix's uncanny question that morning. Doing so would just exhaust herself.
Aside from having night strolls when Calix was free, they also went for a night drive and boating. He even brought her to the deck once the construction was finished.
"Let's have dinner here someday as we did back in Rome."
Calix's suggestion reminded Leslie of her happy days touring Rome. She quickly agreed.
Leslie spent the rest of the week dedicating her time to improving her inner and physical health. Dr. Mo, Ms. Chen and Ms. Yao's praises lifted her mood.
Leslie's motivation to get better as soon as possible was heightened because of news about Calliope. Calix shared some photos with her, saying they were taken by the person who visited the orphanage.
"The place is a bit old but, in decent condition. The director is a good person. I've entrusted my people to send supplies and give other help to them."
