A millennia ago, Eden came into existence. She looked around the vast emptiness that was the universe and felt a pang of loneliness.
Her golden hair floated weightlessly behind her, and her golden eyes suddenly shone with an intense brightness.
She took a deep breath, extending her arms from her sides; the pristine white robes underneath her sanctimonious golden armor fluttered rapidly.
Her soft skin and beautiful features remained relaxed as she closed her glowing eyes, exhaling. With Eden's sigh, she released trillions of stars into the universe.
Her eyes slowly opened, blinking several times as her golden eyes adjusted to the light she brought forth.
For thousands of years, she flew through the universe and investigated the various planets. She felt an unfamiliar emotion as she stared upon the dead worlds.
Without warning, a tear fell from her cheek and collapsed onto the ground. The tear splashed against the dirt, and a powerful energy rushed outward.
The intensity of the mysterious force pushed Eden back a couple of steps as foliage and greenery flourished around her.
The entire planet bloomed with vibrant life as Eden exclaimed, looking around with a bright smile, brushing her flowing golden hair behind her ear.
The young woman walked through the lush jungle, a large smile spread across her face. She waved her hand around her, and animals sprung forth from the ground.
Her eyes sparkled with wonderment as she gazed upon the majestic creatures. She grinned, snapping her fingers as her golden boots shined and vanished.
Eden rolled her toes through the dirt and brushed her fingers through the fur of a humongous black bear beside her.
She grinned and walked along the beast, running her fingers through its fur and rolling her fingers along his jaw as she walked away.
She took a deep breath and smiled curiously at all the wondrous creatures around her. Having expended her energy, Eden's eyes grew heavy.
She blinked her eyes rapidly and stretched, yawning as she sluggishly walked forward. Her sudden drowsiness overwhelmed her as she slowly lay down in the grass.
A massive flower bloomed underneath her and, in the next moment, enclosed her with the petals. The stem of the flower grew, lifting the sleeping Goddess into the air.
The flower emitted a brilliant light and scattered across the planet, bringing sentient life to the world. Over the next century, civilizations rose and fell as the different races lived.
The people of Themiscrya worshipped Eden as the Supreme Goddess, and due to the corruptive nature of man, another Supreme God was born.
Diabolos, the first Demonic God, sundered a rift between Themiscrya and the Demonic Realm, leading his demonic forces in an all-out invasion.
The Hundred Years' War was a bloody and gruesome battle against demonic forces, forcing every creature on Themiscrya to band together.
Through their cooperation, the thirteen Beastmen Tribes worshipped savage and brutal entities and, due to the overwhelming concentration of power from the rifts, were given form.
The Monarchs ruled over a domain within nature. With the emergence of magic across Themiscrya, the Hundred Years' War suddenly shifted.
Diabolos and his demonic hordes were pushed back and forced to return to their unholy realm; with his last breath, the Demonic God swore he would return.
In the aftermath, the planet was ravaged, and many races banded together to rebuild. They built Kingdoms across the planet and hundreds of cities and villages.
Many Monarchs were born and lost during the war, and the survivors ruled over their Beastmen Tribes. They withdrew into their own lands, secluding themselves and gathering power.
Themiscrya had experienced a period of peace and prosperity when, suddenly, the Monarchs had banded together.
It was a dark night, an intense storm raged across the country. A young man with long black hair ran through the streets of a large kingdom with a pregnant woman in his arms.
"Bee!!" She exclaimed, holding her large, round belly, "He's coming!"
"Hold on just a little bit longer, Lily!" The man urged her along, squeezing her hand consolingly as they ran through the wet streets.
Lily exclaimed in pain, squeezing her eyes tightly as she fell to her knees and held her belly. The man's eyes widened as he knelt beside her.
He looked around desperately and wrapped his arms around her, helping her up as he rushed into a nearby building.
He frantically looked around the abandoned warehouse and grabbed her face, staring into her eyes.
"Lily…" He sighed, leaning forward and kissing her forehead, "Stay here; I'll take care of our pursuers."
"No, Bee!!!" She exclaimed, grabbing his arm as he stood, "Don't go; it's too dangerous to fight them yourself!"
"Catch your breath and go!" He said, kneeling and hugging her tightly, stroking her hair, "Stay safe, and I'll find you. I love you."
Before she could protest, he stood up and ran outside. Lily groaned again, grabbing her belly, when suddenly she felt her water break.
The man ran through the streets, and suddenly, his black and silver kimono was covered by heavy black and silver armor.
A large spear appeared in his hands, and two large black horns sprouted from his head. He entered a large, empty plaza and spun around, swinging his spear in a circle.
A man with blue hair jumped backward and smirked as he pulled out a massive trident, colliding against the spear.
A woman with turquoise hair, a purple top, and a blue skirt appeared behind him, a pair of steel fans in her hands.
"Bee! You know you can't hide her!" The man with blue hair shouted, his bright blue and yellow armor appearing over his clothes.
"Levi, Pan, stop this madness!" Bee exclaimed, looking between the three, spinning his spear and slamming the pommel into the ground, cracking it.
"You can't take us on at the same time!" Pan yelled, covering her mouth with her hand as purple armor covered her body.
"You three continue to underestimate my power!" The man roared, his voice cracking the air, a shockwave expelling the rain around him momentarily.
"The evidence is concrete, Bee!" Levi shouted, "You must surrender her before the council!"
"Over my dead body!" He yelled, spinning his spear around his body and crouching down, a draconic visage wrapping around his head.
"You have sealed your own fate then, my friend…" Levi sighed, entering a battle pose across from Bee as a long and narrow helmet appeared on his head.
The two men dashed forward, their spears colliding against each other as lightning cracked across the sky.
Water gushed from Levi's trident as he swung it around, thrusting it toward the young man. Pan leaped into the air, twirling as she swung the steel fan.
Violent wind blades shot out from her weapon toward Bee. He backstepped and spun around, twirling his spear and thrusting as he repelled both attacks.
A black, crackling energy appeared from the tip of his spear as the tip collided with Levi's trident. The cascading torrent crashed against black energy and exploded in all directions.
Bee quickly spun around, swinging his spear, hitting through the approaching wind blades. Each wind blade vanished, and a powerful gust blew through the plaza.
The young man's force exploded from his body, the black, crackling energy flowing from his spear as he twisted around, dashing forward.
The energy transformed into a black dragon as it raced through the air, following the spear's tip. Bee vanished as he darted through Levi and Pan.
They were overwhelmed and knocked back with each blow from Bee's spear. The dragon crashed against their bodies repeatedly.
He knocked them into the air, and the dragon flew high above them and launched toward them, smashing them into the ground, the black energy exploding from them.
The young man reappeared with his spear, piercing Levi and Pan in the center of a large crater. He flipped backward through the air and landed a few meters away from them.
Suddenly, a wave of powerful and dark energy rushed past him, startling him as he turned to face it. Sensing its location, his eyes widened in shock, and he ran toward it.
After a couple of steps, he coughed, blood sputtering from his mouth. He stared down at the wicked dagger piercing his chest.
He reached down to touch it and groaned, falling to his knees as it was withdrawn. He coughed blood, spitting it to the ground.
He turned to look behind him, seeing the hooded man with a beige cloak calling to him in disbelief, "Zero..?"
"About time you showed up!" Pan coughed, gripping her side as she stepped out of the crater, "What took you so long?"
"I've been here the entire time, waiting." Zero replied nonchalantly as he stared down at Bee.
"If you would have engaged from the start, maybe we wouldn't be in such a state…" Levi chided, appearing beside him.
"We would have all been defeated if I didn't wait." Zero countered, his gaze fixated on the man kneeling from underneath his hood.
"Quickly!" Levi ordered, pointing at the kneeling man, "Bind him before he recovers! We must hurry and locate the woman."
Lily panted heavily, covered in sweat, as she lay on a pile of rags and blankets holding a baby.
Her body had transformed while giving birth, revealing a pair of horns atop her head, bat wings from her back, and a long black tail with a pointed tip.
She cooed and smiled sweetly at the beautiful baby boy in her arms.
She exclaimed when the door was kicked open, and Bee stumbled forward, falling down with his hands chained behind his back.
"Bee!" Lily exclaimed, trying to sit up, but her strength escaped her, and she fell back.
Levi, Pan, and Zero entered after him and turned, looking down at the demon, and all three were shocked at the sight of a child.
"You didn't…" Levi muttered under his breath, staring at Lily.
"Oho!" Pan exclaimed, "It looks like the Heavenly Monarch God has been naughty!"
Zero was silent and raised his hand under his hood and covered his mouth, lost in thought.
"Leave my wife and child alone!" Bee roared, scrambling toward Lily, but Pan and Zero grabbed his shoulders and stopped him.
Anger flashed across Lily's eyes as she turned around and placed the baby carefully on the blankets, conjuring a powerful barrier around him.
She grimaced as she struggled to stand up, glaring at the people restraining her husband—an intense darkness wrapped around the claws of her fingers.
"She's ascended! Diabolos has a new partner!" Zero exclaimed, shocked at the emergence of a Demonic Goddess.
Levi glared at Lily in disbelief; even though the power was similar to Diabolos', it was different, weaker.
"She's a fledgling; she probably doesn't even know her own domain! We must end her before she grows too powerful!"
"You'll never lay a finger on my child!" Lily shouted, an ethereal sound shattering everything around them.
Pan and Zero covered their ears, wincing as Levi dashed forward, producing his spear.
"No!!!" Bee roared, his eyes glowing briefly as he flexed his muscles, straining to overpower the chains restraining his powers.
Lily swung her hands, slashing the air as jagged black cracks appeared in the space between them.
Pan swung her steel blade, launching wind blades toward the black cracks as Levi leaped backward to avoid the attack.
A cloud of black and red smoke appeared from the sleeves of Zero's cloak, and he shot them at Lily. The chaotic cloud wrapped around her.
He lifted her into the air and slammed her against the ground, pinning her as the trio approached the baby in the barrier.
"No!!!" Lily screamed, struggling within the clouds, unable to break free, her eyes desperately fixated on her baby.
Levi raised his trident and spun it around before slamming it against the barrier, breaking it in a single blow.
Bee and Lily shouted for the trio to stop repeatedly, unable to escape and reach their child. Pan reached down and picked up the baby.
"The council will determine your punishment, and the child's fate will be snuffed out for being an abomination." Levi declared, turning around and staring down at Bee and Lily.
Zero's cloud wrapped around the trio and swallowed Bee and Lily as they vanished from the city and the rampaging storm ended.
