Chereads / Pleasure God's Opus / Chapter 39 - [Floor 100]

Chapter 39 - [Floor 100]

A warrior's double edged sword, glimmering in a blazing golden glow, sizing a foot long, abruptly stabbed down right in front of his before a thin, similarly blazing golden glow, stretched wide from the middle, horizontally.

Before dilating vertically to reveal a status window of the kind that was unlike his 'Pleasure God's Opus.'

[[IVLEUNNIL] invites you, [Raven Cross] to adventure the [Tower]!]

[Accept/Decline]

A neutral status window popped up in front of Raven, who sat on his throne, with a regal ambience emanating from him. His sight shrouded by different status windows of differing colours.

Glancing to the side,

[Commencing…..]

'End link' Raven mumbled the minute he felt mana flare around him.

And,

By the next instance, he faced down at the large magic circle that teleported him to the set coordinates, which currently was the so-called tutorial.

ZWOOOP-!

With a strange sound of something swallowing him up, the world beneath his feet turned upside down and the biome in front of him morphed abruptly, while the man who had sat on the Throne, got back onto his feet.

A beautifully bright blue sky hung over his head while he stood in the middle of a clearance with many other sinners standing around him, either smiling or while containing their excitements, and regardless of their gender, upon noticing him, they remained still for a few seconds before either turning away or blatantly expressing their differing desires.

[DING]-!

[Welcome, to the [Tower]]

[[Floor 100] has been recorded by the link, [Sovereign's Beginning]]

[[Adventurer's Sigil: Sovereignty over all] is being engraved onto the Master's left arm]

STING-!

STRRRRRRRRRRRR…..T-!

Half a centimetre wide pure black ring was engraved around his middle finger, followed by a pair on his index finger, and three around his thumb. Nearly full yet a crescent ring was engraved a bit over his wrist while a stripes stretched over till his knuckles, as if it was an hidden blade, drawn from the crescent, while similar stripes that coiled as if lightning instead, was engraved over his left arm, till his shoulder, from a bit over his wrist.

'That…. Didn't hurt as much as I expected it t-'

"ARGH!!!"

'?'

"GHAAAAAAAA!!!"

'??'

"AAAAAAAAAAA-"

'???'

"GUCK!!!"

'????'

Hearing the groans and grunts those around him made, Raven understood that the reason he wasn't in much pain might be because of his experiences and abilities; mostly abilities since his experiences didn't much to his body, but had given him enough mental fortitude to not let him let out a groan.

He turned to face those around him and noticed that not a single sigil was a big as his own, and that was true in his memories too.

While many learned to hide their sigils by [Floor 90], there hadn't been a case where a bigger sigil was noticed till date.

Either way,

It didn't matter to Raven.

For his Sigil was already set to [Private].

[Please select your main abilities]

[DING]-!

[Main Abilities: [Sovereign's Mastery], [+]]

[Your Abilities: [FæČƏless (???)]]

'Why is only Faceless being recognised?' Though confused as to why the rest of his abilities aren't being shown in the pop up, since his choice had been to choose [Faceless] regardless of what popped up, he didn't care much and just selected it.

Still,

'Is this the effect of the dangers, -System- mentioned previously?' Raven pondered, noticing the glitched state in the pop up from earlier.

[Selection complete! Proficiency and levels of the selected abilities will increase as you climb down the [Tower]]

[Commencing tutorial...]

[Please summon a preferred weapon. If not decided within a minute, a 'Sword' will be granted as a neutral weapon]

A series of neutral notifications popped up in front him, but he paid it no heed, as he knew what it read through his experiences.

'A Kitchen knife?' Raven mumbled inwardly, and a kitchen knife indeed manifested in his grip.

[Please protect yourselves against the gathered horde of zombies]

"Heh" Pitiful fools, who screamed the loudest previously, scoffed condescendingly before rushing forth with axes, great swords, long swords, spears, and many more.

While, Raven stood behind with a kitchen knife in his grip.

Taking a step to the side, Raven walked into the forest, silently.

After walking for a while in the direction where he felt far more disgusting presences of the zombies from earlier, he indeed came across a horde a but deep into the forest.

In front of him was a horde sizing in hundreds.

The so-called zombies were nothing alike what he had seen illustrations of, on Earth.

Only their stature was humanoid, but they weren't like anything he had seen before.

Their necks were literally ripped off, yet it seemed to been forcibly stuffed in, for their necks were nearly non-existent, while white worms crawled and dripped down with their rotten grey blood, as randomly structured slits curled and opened to reveal rows and rows of inches long fangs, all over their bodies, while instead of eye sockets, there were thin, cat claw shaped vertical slits that dilated horizontally to reveal barely held on eyeballs that rolled whenever the head swayed to the sides.

There neither were nostrils, nor was there a mouth on that face shaped head.

And, as a vulnerability, there were fist sized crystal on their chests, that killed them upon either breaking or ripping it out from their chests.

With that special kitchen knife held in his left, Raven poked the tips of fingers to draw blood.

His lustful eyes then glimmered in crimson as the drawn blood levitated a bit over his palm to create a blob of crimson blood that was then set ablaze by a pinkish crimson flames while his fingertips healed to halt the intentionally caused bleeding, with a crimson veil.

Then under his command, the blob morphed to take shapes as per his will.

Once a staff, then a short sword, a rapier, an arrow, a dagger, a whip, a shield, a bow, and so on, while the drawn blood was limited, mere imitations of the actual weapons didn't ask for much either, for he neither wanted them to be sturdy, nor sharp.

'This is good enough'

Then,

Creating a dagger from that blazing crimson blood, Raven faced in the direction of the zombies, whose attention had now been drawn to him thanks to that sweet scent of blood he excluded, he rushed towards them.

'They aren't that fast, are they restricted, or are they just innately slow?' Raven curiously questioned, since these were questions his experiences and memories didn't answer.
