With a soft nod, she stood on top of the circular platform and mana flared over the platform, before teleporting her to yet another dimensional space unique from the refectory hall, pixilated.
Arriving at yet another private dimension, she stood still until yet another notification popped up in front of her.

[Please be calm and mindful about your weapon of choice, for it will accompany you in your memoir of survivability to the peaks of your sinned limit]
Notified her [Neuro-SIM] before card like interactive interfaces cylindered around her, in accordance to the circular platform she stood on.

In the face of tens of weapons, Iria was a bit stumped before her eyes finally landed on the option that read [Mana Weapons], and upon clicking on it, she noticed that the weapons supporting mana were the same as aura supporting ones.
'Maybe the crystals embedded on them is different…..' Pondered Iria before taking her sin into account.
'...I'm too lazy to move, my stamina sucks…..and Ren proved it….' Thought Iria with a blush before shaking her head to focus on the plight at hand.
'A long range and a one shot kill weapon…..' She mumbled inwardly and picked a [Compound Bow].
[[Mana weapon: Compound Bow] selected, please confirm] [Yes/No]
[Yes]
A [Compound Bow] with a small pouch of metallic beads attached to the bow manifested in front of her.
'Fortunately, I'm talented enough with mana…..' She thought before the mana flared beneath her feet once again and she disappeared in pixels.
In flash, she arrived at yet another separate space where except for the platform she and her opponent were to fight, nothing could be seen since everything was covered in a similarly cloudy haze.
In the middle of the arena, a timer that counted down from [05:00] minutes could be seen and
[DING]-!
With a soft chime,
[Ready]
A red coloured interactive hologram popped up in front of her, but instead of clicking it, she gazed ahead only to notice a hazy veil flaring in between the arena, hiding her opponent from her.
'It is exactly as it is described in the novel…..' She thought and tried to channel her mana, only to find something restricting her.
'I can't….prepare…..beforehand…..and….shit' Iria cursed since her thought process began to slow down.
'I…..finish…..' She wanted to think 'I should finish this fast' but was incapable of doing so as her eyelids began to turn heavy. Due to her insecurity and excitement about the academy, she had forgotten to keep her stamina and sin in check, and was now facing the consequences.
She wanted to persist and finish the match before resting, but her own persistence began to annoy her…..
With a frown, "Anno….ying" She mumbled before her figure buckled and as if to turn off the glaring red light in front of her, she clicked on it subconsciously.
The red [Ready] turned green before disappearing with the haze that hid her opponent.
Her opponent Brynlee was a sinner with the sin of pride, and considering her default white shirt, royal blue blazed shrug, and short skirt, Brynlee was a commoner, and with how her face was structured arrogantly, she was strong for her age, and maybe the strongest in the neighbourhood she grew up in, since her expressions remained quite unhinged for a commoner.
Brynlee was a woman with red, near maroon hair with tan brown complexion; her arrogant dark maroon eyes glared at Iria condescendingly, while her dark complexion hid that dull traced tattoo of a crown made of thorny veins, and just beneath her elongated elven ears, a slot of the [Neuro-SIM] was carved.
She was a Dark Elf, a variant of the Elves, with the exact same sin of pride.
With a mix of the wild nature of the Dark Elves and the arrogant sin of Pride, Brynlee who grew up taking pride in her strength, grew stronger than anyone else in her neighbourhood, the slums, with an indomitable will, hence she didn't even put Iria in her eyes and began to chortle condescendingly.
Iria's senses dulled extremely as a consequence while she faced a blurred figure of someone pointing at her and saying somethings that rang in her ears like a bug's buzz…..
Swaying to the sides like a drunkard, her shoulders and head slumped forward and dragged her forward, under their weight.
But, unbeknownst to Iria herself, her speed far exceeded what she was capable of when she remained conscious.
With an arrogant chortle, "Hahahaha, come!!" Her opponent roared, annoying Iria.
Following her slumped figure, Brynlee stretched her gauntleted palm and swung it horizontally, timing it with Iria's speed, intending to slap her.
BAM-!
Though the intended slap missed, the palm connected with Iria's shoulder and swatted her away.
FHUMP-!
Falling onto the ground with a thump, Iria skid to the side while Brynlee's chortle continued on. '….. That….hurt….' Iria thought, and it indeed stung her a bit but the stinging lessened within the matter of a second.
'I….. can't…. Sleep...' Iria thought in annoyance.
The figure in front of her wasn't letting her sleep.
Her voice was buzzing.
Her attacks hurt.
In conclusion, as long as she stood, Iria wouldn't be able to sleep.
'Annoying...' Thought Iria, and while laying on the ground, she took out a heavy metal bead from the small pouch connected to the bottom of her bow. Placed it on the magnetic hold fixed on the bow string and pulled it back, as much as she could while resting her head on the ground, and
Remained in the same spot, unmoving.
Behind her back was where her opponent continued to buzz annoyingly…..
BUZZZZZzzzzz...
Her ears rang continuously until she couldn't take it anymore and kicked at the ground to spin herself, and
WHIP-!
ZWOOSH-!
"HAHAHAHA-HBAUCKH!!???" Brynlee grunted when the metal bead suddenly slammed into her hard palate before getting stuck in her throat. She couldn't even wince at the pain and could only gag at that stuck bead in fear, and couldn't react to yet another bead that was shot at her.
Just as the shot bead neared the mouth that continued to disturb Iria's sleep, that blurry figure in front of her disappeared in pixels before the bead hit, and finally!! Everything turned silent for Iria, who immediately drifted off to sleep.
