Year 10000
By the year 10000, it has been 4000 years (or more specifically, 3889 years) since the second Daemon-Yeridian War ended and in those past 4000 years, many incredible things have happened in the world of Elysora and on the two continents.
One of the most notable changes that have occurred over the past millennium is the rise of clans. The Age of Clans refers to the era when powerful clans ruled over the world.
This era began with the foundation of the first five big clans, established by Ryu and his four friends. For around a thousand years, these five clans held dominion over the entire Yeridian continent.
However, the peace was short-lived as a war between the powerful heroes erupted, leading to a tragic end where Ryu killed his own friends. Distraught by his actions, he fell into depression and eventually took his own life. With his death, the five clans also started to decline, giving rise to new powerful clans formed by other individuals.
Ultimately, clans started to form all around the world as the influence of the five original clans diminished.
In the current Yeridian continent, while nations still exist and hold control over specific territories, it is the powerful clans that truly hold the most power. Many of these clans have even established their own independent domains where they rule with absolute authority.
The world has become a complex and dynamic place, constantly shifting as clans rise and fall in power.
Perhaps one of the most astonishing observations made in the past 4000 years is the expansion of the two continents - Daemon and Yeridian. While the continents seem to be growing in size, the distance between them has remained constant.
This intriguing phenomenon has led to the conclusion that the ocean separating the two continents is also expanding.
The once small continents have now expanded to twice their original size, making the world of Elysora even more vast and mysterious.
But that's not all that has changed in the past 4000 years. With the expansion of the continents, new landmasses have also emerged, giving rise to an abundance of new and diverse species.
Among these species, the most powerful and significant is the Phoenix, or as it is known in Elysora, the Phenix. This bird-like race was born 2690 years ago, amidst the chaotic aftermath of a massive volcanic eruption.
The explosion triggered a chain reaction, causing other dormant volcanoes in the area to awaken and erupt, resulting in widespread destruction and chaos.
It is said that in this place of chaos, the laws of the world collided, and gave birth to many divine spirits
Since the divine spirits were newly born and didn't even know about their powers. As a result, they ended up mixing in the lava, and when they did, a new type of creature was born - the phoenix.
The phoenix race was born in an amount of hundreds and quickly began to create their home on the places where the volcanoes had exploded.
This resulted in the formation of many islands, as the phoenixes spread their wings and flew to the far corners of the world.
With their fiery powers and regenerative abilities, they were able to thrive in even the most inhospitable environments.
As the phoenix race continued to flourish, they became one of the most feared races in world.
Firstly, they were known for their fierce and aggressive nature. These creatures would show no mercy and kill without hesitation or remorse. And secondly, their ability to control the law of fire was unmatched, making them an even more formidable species.
As the time passed, the phoenix race expanded and further developed their powers. They could manipulate fire to their will, control the intensity of heat, and even absorb the flames to heal themselves.
These abilities made them practically invincible in battle, and their dominance was undisputed.
However, the phoenixes were not the only race which showed its face in the past 4000 years. In the depths of the ocean, a powerful aquatic domain was ruled by various aquatic races.
These creatures had evolved in the deep sea over the past 10,000 years, and their existence was shrouded in mystery. The aquatic domain was considered the most dangerous part of the world, as the aquatic races were known for their cruelty and vicious nature.
But among the many brutal aquatic races, there were also intelligent and honorable ones.
One such race was the wyvern, a creature that lived in the deep ocean but was forced out when the volcanoes erupted and the phoenix race was born.
They swam to the surface, only to be met with aggression from the newly formed phoenix race.
From that day on, the two races became sworn enemies, engaging in continuous battles for thousands of years.
The phoenixes and the wyvern race have fought countless times, each trying to prove their dominance over the other.
These battles have caused the deaths of countless creatures, making their rivalry one of the longest and deadliest in the world.
Despite their animosity towards each other, the aquatic races have also started to form alliances with other races on the surface such as the daemons and yeridianic races .
In the past, they were completely unaware of each other's existence, but with the expansion of their territories, they were forced to interact.
While some aquatic races hold a hated the races on the surface, not all harbor such feelings. although not many but some have formed friendships with other races of the surface.
