The forest was engulfed by darkness, if one could see from above, that darkness swept through the forest in seconds, leaving only destruction in its wake, trees consumed down to their foundations. If one looked closer, they could observe billions of black bugs, all moving in the same direction, running wildly towards a massive group of students, caring for nothing else.
"Mages, attack!" shouted the blond boy fiercely, positioned behind them issuing orders. The mages screamed and unleashed various attacks of all affinities; some were fireballs, others ice, and even wind. The mages threw all sorts of spells, magic brutally falling upon the sea of insects, killing them instantly. The place trembled violently as magic rained down on the insects, thousands of them perishing only for thousands more to take their place.
