Valley School.
"Eagle Fang Karate?" Dash looked at the T-shirts that Hawk and Miguel were promoting with their new names.
Devon received a flyer and asked, "What exactly are you looking for by giving me this?"
"I've seen that both of your social media accounts have millions of followers. Uploading that photo as your daily status would be incredible and help us promote it to the public," Hawk said, negotiating with Devon.
Dash looked at the new logo of his friends' dojo and said, "We could have merged our dojos and avoided these unnecessary problems."
"We don't want to be a bother; just help us with this, and you'll surely receive a lot of karma when we die," Miguel said, giving Dash some chocolate cookies as thanks.
"Does everyone know that this promotion is worth much more money than some cafeteria cookies?" Devon looked at these shameless friends and asked while taking a picture of the flyer.
Demetri shook his head helplessly and said, "I mentioned that, but he said that friendship is worth more than any material value."
Hawk was embarrassed that these words were said so openly. He didn't spend much time with Dash, so he feared showing too much confidence.
After talking about a few more things, Dash looked at Miguel and asked briefly, "Was he that good?"
"We've never faced anything like it," Miguel sighed, still bitter about that fight with Danny.
Hawk nodded beside him and said, "His fighting style is something we didn't know."
Hearing those words, Dash imagined that this guy named Danny handled a very strange fighting style. So, his interest grew when he heard that he had defeated three of the best students.
"Will you start reinforcing the resistance of your bones?" Dash asked this as they walked towards the field.
Remembering the pain of creating micro-fractures in the bones so that, in the recovery process, they become stronger, both Hawk and Miguel thought about it seriously.
"I took a picture of him; do you want to see it?" Bert came out from behind.
Dash, who heard this, nodded and approached to look at the guy who had defeated all the Cobra Kai students. Devon on his side also approached, and soon they saw a guy with Asian features.
"What did you say his name was?" Dash furrowed his brows slightly when he saw that mark on the guy's neck in the photo.
"Danny, is there a problem?" Hawk looked at Dash's serious expression and appeared pensive.
Devon kept silent. He didn't see anything extraordinary in this guy, so he didn't say anything. But it seems that Dash recognized him from the look he was showing.
"Did you look at his mark on the neck?"
"Yes, he also has many scars from what we could see." Miguel nodded when hearing this question.
"Danny the Dog..." Dash muttered, letting everyone hear him clearly.
"Danny the Dog?" Devon showed skepticism in his gaze.
"Is that his nickname?"
"Wait, how do you know his nickname?"
Dash, who woke up from his daydream, looked at everyone waiting for him and said, "The tournament I won in Japan is one of mixed martial arts. There were mostly street fighters and fighters from very prestigious martial arts schools. Among those considered selected was Danny the Dog, but for some reason, he didn't participate in that tournament."
"You have to consider that those who participated in this tournament were the best from both the streets and dojos. For Danny to be considered, that means he was a very strong street fighter," Dash said, trying to hide what he knew about Danny.
From what he remembered, in his childhood, he had seen many fight movies, and many had been vividly remembered by him because they were his favorites. When he found out about Danny, he resembled a guy from a very well-known story, at least for him.
Now that he knew who defeated an entire dojo, he knew that Danny was anything but weak. But he was reassured to know that Danny's fighting style was mostly street and amateur. If he considers taking the path of Karate, those techniques wouldn't be useful.
Everyone had lost because they were free fights, and this gave Danny all the advantage to crush Cobra Kai easily.
"Let's go; I'll have to train in an intensive way," Dash said with a serious tone.
"But we don't belong to Sakura Bushido," Demetri said while eating some gummies.
"I don't give a damn; today, everyone is going to bleed."
