Chapter 239 - The All Valley is Closer

"Faster!" "Now!" "Once more!" "Now!"

Dash watched the first-year students imitating his training; this time, Mr. Kim had replaced Mr. Chozen, who was in a meeting with Daniel. Antoni, training with Victor, complained about the intense training, along with the others who formed the core of Sakura Bushido.

"All of you are here to get better, to have the skills to win and not be damn useless in special competitions," Dash said, looking at the forty students who had been assessed as the best Sakura Bushido had to offer.

Two months had passed since the last appearance of Sakura Bushido. Dash had recovered from his injuries and had quickly returned to rigorous training to regain the physical condition he had lost during that time. From that day on, Devon took charge of the girls, while Dash trained the boys with the training routine he had followed until today.

Everyone was very excited about this year's All Valley tournament, but Dash was a bit skeptical about the tournament he had won five times. The reason he was training so hard was that he got excited when he learned about the national dojo tournament in the country, knowing perfectly well that the qualifiers for the Olympics were chosen from these groups.

While training his teammates, everyone understood why Dash was so good and admired the fact that they were training on equal terms.

After finishing the training, there was nothing better than a cold shower. Despite what many say about it being harmful when you're hot, it has worked for Dash for all these years.

After leaving the shower, Dash found Devon waiting for him and asked, "Weren't you saying this morning that you were going to have dinner with your friends?"

"Change of plans; they say there's a party tonight, and we're invited," Devon said as she helped Dash dry his hair.

"Is everyone going?" Dash asked, a bit confused because no one had invited him to this party.

"They told me to take care of bringing you; isn't that enough?"

"I'm feeling a bit forgotten..." Dash said, remembering the last time he had been to a party.

"Do we need anything special?" Dash asked as he walked with Devon toward the parking lot.

Devon recalled the message she had received and said, "Hawk will take care of the drinks, but he'll probably buy the first thing he finds."

"I don't want to go to my father's liquor store. Do we still have what we gave Johnny last time?" Dash asked as he sat in the driver's seat of the car.

"There should be something; after all, we never drink."

"Yeah, last time was a disaster..."

...

In a private mansion at the top of a reserved location, Dash got out of the car as he parked in a special spot in case the police decided to come to this party due to the disorder. After the last time, he didn't want to be at a disadvantage during special events, so he did his best to be prepared for any situation.

"The All Valley tournament is close; let's toast to that!" Hawk shouted excitedly, looking forward to a new tournament after a long time without competing.

"Put on some damn clothes; this isn't a nudist club!"

"Damn it, someone clogged the bathroom on the second floor and put a submarine the size of the Titanic in it."

"I thought the party we were invited to would be more exclusive. Do you want to leave?" Dash asked, looking at all the different events happening in this house.

"We should stay for a while, but leave sooner rather than later because the police will probably be here in a few hours," Devon said as she approached the room where their friends were.

In front of Dash, there were guys drinking alcoholic beverages as if they were in a damn competition, and many of them were lying on the floor. In the background, a group of guys was fighting beside a pool, and the one left standing outside of it was declared the winner.

All these were signs for Dash to leave this place. So, after greeting his friends, he and Devon left this party with Miguel, accompanied by Tory, and went to a nearby restaurant. A few minutes later, they learned that the police had arrived, arresting many guys who had drunk until they didn't even know where they were.
