Kane let his arm fall, the chaos of the day filled him with dread.
"Count me in." A man who appeared from nowhere hit his hand against his chest. They would have gladly accepted his aid, if it was not for the scaly skin. The man's eyes shown red, cut into long slits. He's a dragonkin, a Siren rank monster. One of the most feared and dangerous of all the Siren grade. Their power may be less than true dragons, still there widely spoken of as the kings of Sirens. "There's no need to look at me like that, I fear that thing just as much as you warm bloods."
"Let him join, Amish sends allies when you need them. Jorge said. "Right Tamafell." He whispered.
"Do as you wish." Vex said well getting healed.
"I have no issue with you joining." Kane added.
"One question human, what is with your skin."
"Me, nothing. Just one of the few left in the Iron hearted clan, trust me I know how it feels to be hunted."
"Oh, you must tell me more when this is over."
From the dragonkin's back unfolded wings, with a screech he flew into the fray.
"I guess we better join them." Vex huffed.
"Wait, you said you needed a staff right."
From Kane's hand sprouted a long, sturdy, and straight stick.
"Thanks." Without thought Vex took it. With his weapon he became a new person, long since gone the conniving fool, the man standing before them could only be described as a god of war.
"I can handle the healing and support, it's kinda my thing." Said Jorge.
"Well I guess this makes a good combination: a tank (Alex), a mage (Kane), a healer (Jorge), a melee specialist (Vex) and of course whatever that dragonkin is." Kane said and then stepped in, his vins stretching in all directions.
"Not so fast." Lynx jumped onto the stage, his master in tow grinning ear to ear.
"For Amishes sake."
"Ho, to think some would have the balls to step up to the Divine Queen. Even a monster is amongst your ranks." Fox said happily.
"Master cut the chit chat, it's time we end this." Lynx commanded.
"Again with the orders, I'll let it slide this once because I'm in a great mood."
Jorge knew he couldn't take on even one of them on his own, let alone two. But there's no way in hell he was gonna just let them pass and interfere with the fight.
Lynx whistled and Jackal slowly, with not quite the right steps came up to them.
"Deal with this bug for me, master and I have to deal with the big fish."
Jackal signaled with his hands,"I will do my best."
Lynx and Fox slowly walk past as casual as can be.
From the group Vex broke off ready for his rematch. The other three couldn't spare the time, it was hard enough trying to doge her half hearted attacks.
"Forgive me, would you mind my aid in this fight?" Fox asked. The goddess looked at him, her green eyes a stationary blaze. She still somehow managed to dodge or defect all of her opponents' attacks. "That's fine, I'll just wait for your holiness."
