Chapter 30 - Favourable business deals

Soon,

The whole news outlet in the Saphila South region was on fire. The news of their leader approving 8 trillions of blue currency for the construction of Saphila South Region essential sections was worth celebrating by all the indigenes.

...

Miko International Airport.

One of the best international airports on Blue Planet. It was the only airport not stained by the useless politics of the Saphila South Region. The very airport where Elaine landed on her first arrival. Miko was the only international airport built in the whole Saphila South region. In short, it is the only international airport in the whole of the Saphila South Region.

However, there are other airports in the Saphila south region; they are all local airports. Great at operating within the territory, but turned to grim reapers when tasked with a distance flight. Those managing Saphila do not deem it fit to build another international airport after Granny's Miko International Airport. But we don't have to worry anymore.

A lot of high-end airport blueprints were included in those regional construction blueprints. Not only the airport but also all modes of transportation have been accounted for.

...

Aurora finally arrived in the Saphila South Region. She was expecting to witness a moody atmosphere from the populace, who had gotten their territory rid of menace. Such territories always have indigenous people specializing in various types of crime. Taking away those crimes will purge them into hunger. When humans are hungry, everything will take the blame for their miserable conditions.

Unlike her expectations, she was observing a positive atmosphere. The territory's indigenous people were full of laughter. Happy discussions on various topics could be heard loud and clear. Aurora was affected by such a strong positive vibe.

Her first thought was whether she boarded the wrong plane and headed to one of the established territories. To be certain, she asked around and got a difficult-to-believe reply.

What really happened within the span of some hours to make these indigenes very cooperative? She could not understand anymore. An additional coat of mystery has silently covered the whole region. Well, she is going nowhere. She will unveil such mysteries, but truth to be told, it is not mystery but common understanding.

A bitter truth she learned from her ride into the territory. The Saphila South Region was rapidly changing. Construction can be observed from all places. It was truly the pure truth. The mysterious leader injected a whooping 8 trillion BC to build her futuristic, visionary territory.

Aurora was looking further at Saphila's new look. She knew business would thrive. She had to be quick at buying out businesses. Atlas! She will be disappointed. Just as she had such a thought, the millions of people in the Saphila South Region always had such a thought, but no one is willing to sell their property, even if the bid is ten times the market value.

They are not dum-dum. A bit of brain cells and one will arrive at increasing bank figures with no rival.

After a few hours of her inquiry, she understood existing businesses could not be bought, no matter the bid. What about owning vast acres of land and planning out the business to invest in?

Most of the indigenous people are not aware of the underlying facts that the mysterious leader wished to retouch every inch of the land. Whoever it is wants everything to be a pocket of gold. If not. She will not inject 8 trillion BC to revitalize the crucial sections of her territory.

She figured out a plan. She will have to visit the city hall and request a huge purchase of land in the most neglected region but filled with treasures. She was already aware of them. There are lands with natural resources, but the government has yet to focus on tapping such resources.

Why not buy those lands and request mining rights? If she can't carter away with 3–10% of the resources mine profits, steady income will flow for just a few losses of hers. Oh! Yes, she was also aware that the government had set high requirements for building properties. The properties must be in line with their great leader's visionary plan for a futuristic Cybertron cityscape.

She rang home and got approval from Joyce to unleash her talents. If she can purchase all the great stuff and broker a mining rights deal, she has completed a whopping 90% of her mission. When she mingles with the mysterious leader, she has done a 100% excellent job.

Aurora went to work. Slowly buying out those lands with rumored resources. She also checked out a few resource territories and was amazed. The quality and rarity of the found resources are beyond Phantom City resources.

This is not a job she can handle alone. Cheyenne, the luck goddess child, must fly over. She called home again. This time it was to borrow Cheyenne. Joyce wanted to refuse, but when she heard that super-rare resources with some unknown resources were found, she approved of Cheyenne's loan. She also approved of Aurora purchasing more vast resource territory or regions.

Not necessary now; maybe in the future. She sighted an example of the northern section, which was yet to be explored. She can bid to become the governor of that region under Saphila.

What kind of luck did the mysterious leader amass in his or her last life to gain an uncharted region filled with gold mining treasures at all corners of the land? She must camp under this tall tree. The future is too juicy under such a tree, but the danger is also perilous.

Greedy vultures will circle around this tree. Well, according to Aurora, the leader bolstered and upgraded its military section with a whopping sum of a trillion blue currency. That should not be enough because it will take months to years to invest all those sums of money, but according to reasoning and evidence, the evicted corrupt official or business guru faced the most scary assassination of Blue Planet.

So many men and women died the most gory deaths. It can be inferred that the information and quick force of the new mysterious leader are so scary to the tune of making her, who has been in business of assassination, shiver.

She deduced that those who cause chaos at the mysterious leader territory in the future will silently vanish from the territory. That means if they come in good faith and help from the onset when money is being slashed to reduce the burden, the mysterious leader might remember their hard work.

Plus, any business empire they create will be free from all encumbrances. As far as they are helping the Saphila territory, the mysterious leader seems not to care about the occasional shenanigans of theirs. So she concluded that the mysterious leader's bottom line is the territory and the populace. This is easy. She has already fallen in love with such a great leader.

...

After directing Aurora on what to do, Aurora went to work. She purchased a huge expanse of territory filled with resources for a period of ninety-nine years, subject to renewal, and also booked down priorities for sale in a future region. This was approved by Elaine's government. Such a big fish is highly needed in her territory.

She additionally inquired for a mining rights license. Elaine approved immediately. She does not have plans for the mine, despite understanding it is a treasure garden. She knew establishing a safe mine would cost to the tune of another trillion of blue currency because she would not settle for less infrastructure.
