Chapter 9 - Saphila blueprint

An hour and eighteen minutes went by.

Elaine was done with her bath. Yet she was not satisfied, using up a mere hour in the bath. She was quite frustrated with the delivery guy, who seemed to have lost rationale waiting for her. His mental capacity would have exploded if he knew the lady he was waiting for was not happy using the bath for an hour.

She put on the bathrobe and walked to the door. She opened the door to meet a delivery guy whose face was a mixture of anger and professionalism. He wanted nothing but to rearrange this lady's teeth, but he still restrained himself. His job had a lot of drama series, but at least they paid his bills. Why lose such a job over anger? Does it not merit the effort?

"Hello, ma'am. These are your orders?" He had arranged the package on the couch. He was waiting for the lady to confirm her order and sign, and his job was done.

Elaine browsed through the package. The clothes are her orders. She signed the received form. She wasn't going to tip this guy since he couldn't wait some more minutes. She could have enjoyed her bath for a while.

The delivery guy, not wanting to wait a second, excused himself. It is a pity he missed a generous tip. One that might cover two to six months of his salary.

Thirty minutes later,

Elaine had changed to a neat, new cloth. She has the vibe of a rich lady. She was lazy on the king-size bed watching a local TV drama. She had lost interest in mingling with the snobbish rich circle. She opted for room service. Which have been delivered. She was eating and watching the drama at the same time.

After her meal, she planned to ring her mansion. They are to pick her up tomorrow.

Tomorrow, she will shoulder the burden of millions of her citizens. Not only her citizens, but in months from now she will also shoulder the duty of a mother. Caring for both her child and her citizens.

Oh! She has yet to find the sex of her child. She frets not... Boy or a girl. Both will be welcomed with open hands. She will cherish either of them till infinity.

She ate the last bite of her meal. Clean her mouth with the mouth wipe. She rang the bell for the wait-in service men or women to visit her room and tidy up the table.

It was time for business. The drama she was watching was cast aside. While she walked toward the pay phone. She swiped her credit card and dialed the number of the dean of the orphanage home.

She should have straight-up dialed the mansion's number on the net, but we are aware that most of those numbers belonged to the Lord Mansion Hire customer service. The long bureaucracy might blow up her patience limit, but there is an eighty percent chance of casting her off as a scammer.

All those unwarranted interludes, she wished to skip them. Contacting her dean at the orphanage home is the best scenario. He was the middleman who negotiated this deal to own a region for her. It will be easier to trust him than a random stranger's call.

The call connected to the new phone the dean had bought. He had to pay a random guy in the street to arrange the SIM card. The random person was fascinated by the sum. It was too much for an easy job of purchasing a SIM card and registering such a card with his information. This was done before Elaine left for the Saphila South region. Elaine refused to own such a cell card. She will get a new one when she arrives in the Saphila South region, or rather, make use of the cell phones found in her new home. She doesn't believe they don't have any. Even if they don't have one, she will commission a risk-free cell phone. Free from all interference and intrusion.

"Travis Paul, help me out with some burdensome work." Elaine said to Dean Travis.

"What do you wish to achieve, ma'am? I am all ears to listen." Travis replied to the young miss.

"Buy out one of the fading security agencies that are great and excellent at assassination and espionage. They must have a clean record of upholding justice. They are to be near the bankruptcy level. Probably from incurring the wrath of a high-class official."

"You can buyout my security agency, ma'am?" Travis sent a bombshell reply to Elaine.

"Whoa! You hide deeper, old man. This is great news. Send them over to Saphila. Pick the best orphanage to train them for me. I do not trust random individuals, save those kids without loved ones. I am laying the foundation of something huge. I will step on the feet of numerous individuals, both interior and exterior. I need unbreakable protection and impenetrable eyes for myself, my unborn child, my business empire, and finally my territory." Elaine laid down her plan.

"What a novel experience! You didn't bother going deep into who I am?" Travis asked Elaine.

"Everyone has some secrets. If you deem it fit to share it with me, I have ears to listen. Remember, I hate betrayals." Elaine seriously emphasized the last sentence.

"I understand some of your characters, ma'am. It suits me a lot, which is why I swore allegiance to you. I have numerous orphan assassins and spies spread across the blue planet. I will call them and remind them that you're the new boss. To remove all distrust, you will pay me some shares in your so-called business empire. I hope you will succeed. Not just you, even your man, Gary."

"Gary, is he still alive?" Elaine unhurriedly raised her voice.

"Yes ma'am. He was saved by the great doctor Zachary Roy."

"Zachary Roy! Oh! My world. You mean the great surgeon general. What a twist of fate! I owe him one. This promise will be remembered. What of Gary? Where is he now?" Elaine asked a lot of questions at once."

"After visiting the couple's underwater cave. A marvelous cave you guys got. He read your letter and also replied to it. According to his letter, he is heading far north. He vowed that the next time he appeared before you and his unborn child. It will be as your deserved king. Money, wealth, power, authorities... As far as you can think of, it will be a mere toy for you to play with."

"Ah! You have sniffed out our little cave."

"I won't be the best who earns the envy of multitudes. Do you require the letter? I can hand it over to the lads coming over to Saphila. They will personally deliver it to you."

"Yeah, deliver it. I will love to keep it with me while my unborn and I end our wait for his arrival."

"I will send the lads to you by sunset tomorrow... Late arrivals will be within three days. Most of them are far from Saphila. Some won't arrive due to their critical position. They will video call you to identify themselves. I will hand over a sophisticated tablet. You can use it to issue a mission to the kids. While the strong orphans who are with me here will begin their training to match your request." Dean Travis replied.
