Ashlyn observed each person in the room with her gaze before finally settling it on her father. Williams had no idea what was on Ashlyn's mind but he could already guess that whatever it was, was going to be bad for him. Luciana, despite Ashlyn's gaze not on her also knew she was in for the biggest punishment of her life.
How did she not see this coming? How did it even happen? Did Ashlyn even know who Vincent was? Was that why she married him? All this question swirled through her mind with no answers but if she knew that Ashlyn was even more surprised than she was she would have opened he mouth wide in overwhelming astonishment.
The whole room was covered in pin-drop silence and tension but the only people affected by the tension were, Luciana and Williams who were scared of what was coming to them, and; Vincent and Ashlyn who were planning on enjoying their revenge.
